The podcast Caps and Conversations: Casual Conversations on Ambition, Life, and Business (hereafter referred to as “Caps and Conversations”) and all associated content, including audio recordings, video footage, transcripts, artwork, and other materials (collectively, "Content"), are jointly owned by the three hosts: Norberto Gonzalez (founder and owner of Be Cool with Bob), Lamont Braithwaite of Digital Beginnings, and Carson Stephens. All intellectual property rights are fully reserved by the hosts. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of Caps and Conversations Content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express written permission from all three hosts.

2. User Participation, Interaction, and Guidelines
Caps and Conversations encourages user participation, particularly through interactive features on Facebook Live, where listeners can comment, react, and interact in real time.
